How It Works

First Step

We will schedule a phone call to discuss details of your ideal dinner. I will need to know details like event date, amount of guests, and if possible, a budget. Providing me with a budget helps me get an idea of what kind of menus to work up. I will also need to know if you would like me to cook on site or deliver food hot and ready.

Then,

I will draft 3-5 menus within your budget, highlighting seasonal and local ingredients. You can mix and match these menus and/or let me know what changes you would like made to create the perfect menu for your dinner.
