My Story

My Experience

My name is Dafney Hibbeler. I fell in love with cooking when I was 17 years old and am blessed to have graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2021. Since graduating, I have been in the kitchen every day constantly learning, creating and refining my love for the art.

What started as a hobby turned into passion with a purpose: bringing people together through thoughtful, well-made food. Whether I am catering an event for 200 people, crafting a 5 course dinner or making a simple dinner for my family, I pour my heart into every dish, focusing on the joy that good food brings.
